Payment Solutions Specialist - Banking

• Analyze design develop test and implement Bancs payment module customizations to meet client requirements.
  
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding security unit testing and documentation.
  
• Work collaboratively with other teams including development operations and client services to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Research and benchmark new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement within the Bancs payment modules.
  
• Present technical solutions to senior and executive management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  
• Minimum 5 years of product experience in Bancs core banking products (TCS) Payments Module.
  
• Proven experience in handling client customization requirements and a strong understanding of Bancs product capabilities.
  
• Experience in handling Bancs interfacing requirements.
  
• Experience in implementing Bancs applications for banks.
  
• Experience with direct client interaction.
  

• Strong understanding of Bancs product architecture and customization layers.
  
• Experience in handling varying customization requirements and best practices.
  
• Expertise in Oracle (SQL PL/SQL Stored Procedures Triggers Functions).
  
• Experience in Unix shell scripting and report designing.
  
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Containerization technologies (a plus).
  

• Indepth knowledge of Bancs payment module functionality.
  
• Strong understanding of the banking domain and its terminology.
  
• Experience in following best practices for coding security unit testing and documentation.
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  
• Ability to influence and motivate others through your deep knowledge and experience.
