Company Overview: A leading electromechanical company specializing in the design development and manufacturing of cuttingedge products for interior fitout/MEP industry. The team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and delivering innovative solutions to the clients worldwide.
Job Description:
1. Design Support:
- Assist senior engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems and components for electromechanical products.
- Utilize CAD software (such as SolidWorks AutoCAD) to create detailed mechanical designs and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to optimize mechanical designs for performance reliability and manufacturability.
2. Prototyping and Testing:
- Support the prototyping process by assisting in the creation of prototypes and conducting tests to evaluate mechanical performance.
- Assist in setting up test fixtures and equipment conducting tests according to established procedures and documenting test results.
- Work with senior engineers to analyze test data identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.
3. Manufacturing Support:
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure that mechanical designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
- Assist in resolving any mechanical issues that arise during production implementing design modifications or process improvements as needed.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist in preparing technical documentation including specifications drawings and test reports.
- Ensure that mechanical designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including electrical engineers software engineers and technicians to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and software components.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals timelines and deliverables.
6. Learning and Development:
- Continuously learn and expand technical skills through onthejob training mentorship and selfstudy.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering contributing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks AutoCAD) for mechanical design.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles materials science and manufacturing processes.
- Handson experience with prototyping and testing.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. -Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanical design. -Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
