Job Title: IT Manager

Location: DubaiUAE

Experience: 810 years of UAE experience with prior experience in manufacturing

Education: Bachelors Degree in ITrelated courses such as Computer Science Computer Applications Computer Engineering Information Technology Telecommunications etc.

Salary Range: AED 15000 AED 20000 (per month)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the IT infrastructure and systems within the organization.
2. Ensure the smooth operation of all hardware software and networking systems.
3. Provide technical support and guidance to all employees including nontechnical users.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve ITrelated issues promptly and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
6. Manage IT projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
8. Stay uptodate with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve the organizations IT capabilities.
9. Train and mentor IT staff to enhance their skills and expertise.
10. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

1. 810 years of experience in IT with a focus on managing IT systems in a manufacturing environment.
2. Bachelors Degree in ITrelated courses or equivalent education.
3. Thorough knowledge of operating systems networking hardware and software.
4. Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to nontechnical users.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
7. Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.
8. Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g. Cisco Microsoft CompTIA) would be advantageous.
