About the Role
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager you will identify potential customers qualify leads and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new business through daily highvolume activities via phone email and LinkedIn.
- Researching assigned targets and reaching out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers.
- Coordinating with Marketing to track assess and qualify omnichannel leads.
- Collaborating with sales teams to schedule effective demonstrations meetings and build pipeline.
- Identifying suitable prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing client and prospect data.
Requirements
- Proven track record of working successfully in a business development role in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment
- Strong and proven negotiation skills
- Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Applied knowledge of best practice sales techniques including negotiation presentation skills and general communication
- Possess excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Be a selfstarter attitude with a proven work ethic and goalexceeding history.
