The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and fostering strong client relationships. This position is based in UAEDubai and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and expansion of our firm. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and relationship building Collaborate with the legal team to understand and promote the firms service offerings Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth and client retention Lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives including digital marketing events and thought leadership content Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats in the legal market Prepare and present business development reports and recommendations to senior management Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to guide business development strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; Masters degree is a plus Proven experience in business development or sales within the legal or professional services industry Strong understanding of the legal industry including key players market trends and client needs Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet revenue targets Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
