Role Summary;

The Ass. Sales Data Analyst offers support to the Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations divisions by providing key data to ensure that our customer, product, inventory, and vendor information is accurate, complete, and current.

Utilizing investigative, organizational, and analytic skills, the Sales Data Administrator implements and executes data mining projects and create reports to provide insight into sales & marketing opportunities and trends

Responsibilities

Analysing Sales Volume Data daily to relay overall performance verses budget, lapse time and previous years per stock keeping Units(SKUs).

Analysing Sales Volume data daily to relay territory performance Report across the country per products category.

GAP Analysis to identify Gaps in the Sales Volume, Various Products, Regions, Market and coming up with Action Plans with the help of the Head of Sales and Territory Sales Managers.

Analysing sell out Data from Retail supermarkets or Distributors to identify Gaps, new threats or opportunities in the market and identify brand share.

Analysing Sales Data regarding any Ad Hoc Report that may be requested by anyone in the business concerning any product or performance trend comparison verses prior years or new market dynamics.

Comprehensive update of Customer Database.

Handling departmental incoming and outgoing emails.

Account Management and Verification.

Preparing Route Optimization report daily.

Maintenance and update of the departmental filling system.

Answer potential customer questions and follow up call questions by understanding their needs and offer solution.

Work with sales team when closing sales.

Liaising with branches and other departments on day -to day issues.

Analysis and verification of all reports done by the team.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor s Degree

4-5 years of working experience analysing data in a FMCG

Experience working with SAP B1 is an added advantage.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES (State skills, abilities & traits required)

Have a certificate of good conduct or receipt for awaiting the certificate.

Detail oriented, organized, and disciplined.

Proficient in other Microsoft Office Programs.

Impeccable Attention to Detail.

Positive can do attitude

Statistical and analysis skills are key to this position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable, and self disciplined.
