Job Description:
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to acquire talented individuals aligned with organizational needs.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and create a fair and transparent workplace.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, foster professional development, and support organizational growth.
Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and work with managers to enhance employee performance and achieve organizational goals.
