Scope of work
The primary responsibility of Tele Sales is to identify companies who would be a prospects to Ventures ONSITE the Tele Sales will be responsible in scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team The Tele Sales will have a target for number of meetings scheduled each month and a annual target
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each month
- Identify key prospects for Ventures ONSITE
- Prequalifying sales skills
- Professional communication in written form is required
- Maintain accurate uptodate sales pipeline and forecasts
- Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating to promote companys products and services
- Ensure companies image its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner
- Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities
- Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement
Qualifications
- At least year in sales coordinating or pre sales role
- Excellent time management
- Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector
- Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain
leads through comparison and evaluation of possible
sourcing opportunities - Proven ability to achieve goal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Selfmotivated to work independently with team support
to close business - Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and
objectives - Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications including
Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint - Handling external Clients
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Maintain Company Confidentiality
