Our client, a Physiotherapy center, is currently looking for a Receptionist to be based in Dubai, In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Schedule patient
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office
  • Check daily appointment
  • Arrange patient charts for next day
  • Fill in cancellations and
  • Register new patients according to established office
  • Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and
  • Verify and update patient
  • Move patients through appointments as
  • Enter all relevant patient information into data
  • Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security
  • Answer and manage incoming
  • Scheduling and cancelling patient
  • Managing office inventory and
  • Office duties including document filing, scanning, and
  • Organize referrals to other medical


Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following requirements:


  • Bachelor s degree in any related
  • Prior experience as a receptionist in any healthcare-related
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and
  • Good time management
  • Experience with administrative and clerical
  • Preferably someone who can speak Arabic OR Filipino
