Job Purpose:
The job holders role is to support Director, Organizational Effectiveness in driving and implementing transformation initiatives to support the Company's objectives and improve efficiencies within the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & Tasks
Process Design & Process Improvement:
- Lead process design sprints with the business, to draft processes, evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and challenge current state and identify process improvement opportunities
- Engage with the right stakeholders to ensure all inputs are captured within the processes, in alignment with functional and cross functional participants
- Align the processes with all inter-related parameters, like policies, DOA, compliance elements
- Design and standardize forms / templates / checklists related to the processes
- Take the ownership of implementing non-technical process improvements & enhancements identified
- Support Director, Organizational Effectiveness in the implementation of any process improvement initiatives &enhancements. Work with business stakeholders to analyze current state, propose solutions based on best practice and support in implementation of these solutions
- Identify optimization opportunities in all aspects and initiatives under taken by Organizational Effectiveness
- Provide periodic updates on actions & status to Director, Organization effectiveness. Be proactive in identifying challenges, escalate early and take initiative to offer recommendations in solving problems
Workflows:
- Review internal workflows from the perspective of simplifying current way of working, in alignment with agreed process and governance aspects
- Understand the system landscape within the company, share recommendations / challenge if any workflows are not happening with the core IT systems
- Take the lead of simplifying the internal workflow landscape in collaboration with IT, and establish SLAs
