• Active selling of workshop equipment products to increase product loyalty and thus market penetration
• Equipment repair for internal and external customers
• Well versed in managing network of the channel partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach globally
• Continuous development and management of existing and new distribution network - DISTRIBUTION SALES
• Coordinate market-specific monitoring and analysis of the market penetration of workshop equipment products and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals
• Adept in devising sales & marketing programs / strategies to improve the product awareness and enhance business growth
• Part stock holding for in-house workshop equipment repairs
• Develop the team to a level of proficiency that enables them to deliver outstanding quality of service.
• Comply with the HSSE standards and participate with organization’s improvement activities
• Ensure the establishment, documentation, implementation, standardization and sustenance of processes for the effectiveness of QMS in order to emphasize in achieving Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality & Process improvement.
• Service Maintenance Contracts (SMC) – responsible for SMC sales for both internal and external customers
• Admin Management – Petty Cash, Vehicle management
