• Set the analytics product vision and strategy in liaison with the head of analytics and team leads
• Lead the full product lifecycle, setting the direction for the development team to drive new feature development from start to finish - define requirements, write user stories, solve problems, make decisions during development, and lead ongoing improvements.
• Manage the overall product management and governance for analytics use-cases
• Develop analytics product roadmap and implementation plan for existing and new solutions

Define, prioritize and improve the metrics that make product offering and value proposition ahead of the curve
• Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring deliverables are aligned with the original goals and objectives of the project.
• Own 3-4 products across one or two functions; review existing prototypes and plan future portfolio

Oversee the metrics that make the product offering and value proposition ahead of the curve and estimate and manage allocated budget to achieve these product metrics

Advise the business and provide suggestions for Analytics opportunities, based on detailed knowledge of existing data, business objectives and available technology
Coordination and Communication
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams and other key stakeholders as their business partnerduring the entire lifecycle of product development, including deployment and post-deployment activities. Oversee the resolution process for identified problems that arise in the project, outlining options, recommending solutions, and escalating as needed
• Partner with the development team to craft a robust impact measurement methodology and align with the leadership
• Interact with 3rd party product, business and technology counterparts; develop productive relationships to facilitate delivery from start to finish
• Communicate product solutions and benefits to customers and stakeholders; ensuring consumption and impact on end users

Keep up-to-date with latest tech trends and remain at the forefront of an ever-advancing analytics domain
• Educate business stakeholders on product solutions and benefits including knowledge transfer and training for on-going management of features
• Ensure regular information exchange with all relevant stakeholders and update them on the development progress across projects
• Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organizational goals
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Retail Analytics Unit
Audit and Reporting
• Develop presentations on advanced analytics and performance in key areas of the business and communicate results across the organization
• Responsible for the preparation of business presentations and reports related to Retail Analytics for various stakeholders, on periodic and ad hoc basis as and when required
• Perform regular audit of various processes and databases for the Retail Analytics Unit in order to identify gaps and risks, and propose corrective actions
Policies and Procedures
• Develop and review the Retail Analytics policies and procedures and ensure it is implemented and reported on as a part of the policies and procedures for the Retail Analytics Unit
