• Assisting HR & Administration Manager for new projects regularly and other task as and when assigned.
• Manage the overall matters related to All company Staff Accommodation individual / company sharing, relocation as well as managing day to day upkeep & maintenance related issues including but not limited to cost optimization, effective utilization of bed spaces and enhance the camp administration services.
• Adhered JAFZA rules and regulations in all aspects such as maintenance, facility spot check, control any prohibited activities within accommodation premises.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. More broadly, handle the long-term development and performance of the HR function to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in service delivery and support the business as it grows.
• forecasts and assess the staff competencies and structure which will best support the business’ objectives.
• Responsible to manage iTalent system and for setting objectives, to midyear review and subsequently year-end reviews, support staff in setting SMART objectives and advise Managers where deemed appropriate. Conduct probationary review.
• Prepare and submit HR budget including one to one discussion with department head on the new skill set requirement and discuss about department development plans for forecasting.
• Develop/amend/recommend policies and procedures; prepares and maintains policies; advise managers and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Develop and implement training plans for all new and existing employees. Conduct training need analysis
