NABTA is looking for experienced, professional and energetic Sales Engineer with at least 4 years of experience and knowledge of the Fire fighting, fire alarm and fire Protection Industry in UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present and sell the Company’s products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare plans of action and schedules to identify targets;
- Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate method.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Coordinate delivery of products and services.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Recommends changes in products service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Identify and resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports making recommendations to management.
- Responsible for achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the management.
- Follow up on quotes to close orders and achieve sales targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Fire fighting, fire alarm and fire Protection Industry in UAE.
- UAE Experience candidates preferred
- Arabic and English speaker
- Knows the Market flow in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah & Ras Al Khaimah.
- At least 4 years experience in the same field
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Must hold UAE driving license
