الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day-to-day operations at specific venues• Leading the teams to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads, tours, and sales volume.
• Working with all Managers in the hiring, training, and development of the Promotional Executives.
• Covering for other Manager’s venues during their absence and collaborating with Managers to reach overall departmental targets.
• Responsible for all logistics surrounding the specific promotional venue.
• Conducting post-event evaluation & analysis.
• Provide reliable forecasting and all sales-related figures, as well as daily/weekly/monthly reporting on promotional venue activities
