• Develop learning frameworks and drive content of learning initiatives through collaboration with subject matter experts and other business unit stakeholders.
• Design, create, implement and manage learning programs and initiatives that upskill HR teams to support them being successful in their roles and prepared to grow further in their development.
• Support and further develop smart and effective onboarding processes for new hires and internal transfers.
• Build relationships and engage with leadership teams, HR, talent development champions and central teams to drive program adoption and engagement, along with reporting on leadership development activities and analyze data to drive results and program effectiveness
• Develop and implement Training Needs Analysis and feedback mechanisms to drive capability development roadmap.
• Facilitating trainings in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual, hands-on/experiential, instructor led, remote classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiences.
• Ensure a standard execution of onboarding and proficiency programs across different teams and geographies. Regularly report to the leadership on progress and drive plans of action.
• Manage the development and delivery of detailed product and skill training courses that fall within the onboarding experience.
• Identify, define, track and assess through impact metrics, the effectiveness of training and implement suggestions for improvement.
