HSE Officer

Responsibilities:
• Regular HSE inspection of all marine boats, marine workshop, staff’s deployment vehicles, prepare report, identify flaws, propose corrective and preventive measures.
• Help Quality Assurance Manager in organizing various types of emergency drills like mock fire drills at head office, mock fire drill at staff’s accommodation, mock fire drill at marine workshop.
• Regular HSE inspections of all staffs accommodations, and submit HSE inspection report, advise corrective measures and preventive measures to be adhered.
• Conduct toolbox talks across the operations and head office, conduct HSE training and awareness across the operations and head office subject to unsafe acts and unsafe working environment.
• Support Quality Assurance Manager during internal audit and external audits of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Help Quality Assurance Manager in organizing marine rescue drills, Business Continuity Plan drills for staff deployment vehicles, CVIT vehicles.
• Prepare incident accident report, near miss report, accident investigation report, monthly HSE reports, and a detailed comprehensive investigation report for severe injuries/multi injuries.
• Conduct HSE Risk Assessment across all key functions like marine operation, marine workshop, staff deployment vehicles, staff’s accommodations, engineering project management, head office and key sites.
