Team Leader Kitchen Stewarding

Responsibilities:
• Assists and ensure that the staff washes all bins with hot water and detergent and covers it with plastic
• Ensures proper handling of all items, machinery and equipment
• Assists and ensure that the staff wends all the clean bins to the kitchens and restaurants and keeps it in the fridge
• Assists and ensure that the staff washes the receiving area and garbage with special detergent
• Ensure and assist the staff in returning cleaned items to respective areas
• Assists and ensure that the staff Cleans refrigerators, cupboards, hot plates and other fixtures as outlined in the cleaning schedule and as directed
• Assists and ensure that the staff cleans kitchen including floors and halls as outlined in the cleaning schedule and as directed
