- Handle the delivery of products as indicated, and ensure proper functioning of equipment as per instructions and client’s recommendations
- Prepare items for release by assembling them completely or partially in the shop, and report to the hierarchy any potential risk or encountered problem such as missing parts, malfunctioning of equipment and other
- Diagnose malfunctioning of products and equipment and identify the cause and give the most efficient solution
- Present a quotation to clients regarding the forecasted maintenance/repair fees and provide them with an official invoice at the end of the service
