- Provide work direction and technical guidance for a team of 6-10 craftsmen in fabrication, welding, and repair projects.
- Evaluate work progress to ensure product quality and team productivity, plan manpower assignments, and manage material/tool requirements.
- Request materials, tools, and equipment through the SAMS system or Maintenance Planner for fabrication work.
