Responsibilities:

• Create and distribute job jackets for each job
• Make update calls to each commercial customer and commercial painters, daily
• Act as a communication hub between customers, staff members, painters, and Pass information in a concise and timely manner to make sure all expectations have been met
• Create and maintain supply of commercial sales and marketing products
• Enter new leads into CertaOne and schedule commercial estimate appointments
• Follow up with commercial estimates to assist with landing jobs
• Answer all phone calls and coordinate all messages and tasks
• Accurately report all change orders or deductions to the scope of work on projects into CertaOne, as needed
• Order all rental needs for commercial jobs, such as lifts, construction units, roll off dumpsters, ;
• Assist the Commercial Estimators, Sales Associates, and painters when they or our customers have questions or concerns
• Facilitate and follow up on Foot in the Door mailings
• Schedule commercial projects and maintain the commercial production ;
• Participate in various marketing tactics to generate the leads necessary to exceed sales goals
• Organize and/or attend marketing events (BOMA, trade shows, )
• Prepare weekly analysis of results in prep for GSR
• Attend staff and individual meetings (GSR), as required
• Facilitate all commercial JSS and painter payouts
• Assist with all vendor and painter paperwork requirements for commercial projects
• Participate in periodic training sessions
• Cost all completed jobs
• Prepare landed estimates
• Prepare and submit crew payouts
• Prepare monthly trend for GM/CM
• Reconcile, create and maintain any reports requested

Qualifications:

• Experience in CRM, Excel, and Google is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Experience working with commercial groups (BOMA, ) is preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
