Customer Relations • Strengthen existing client relations and deliver together with the customer the expected first class service on board • Expand customer portfolio by developing and implementing new market strategies Management & Leadership • Establish the departmental objectives and priorities to align with and support overall business objectives • Regularly evaluate the departmental objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and align as appropriate Development • Responsible for ongoing personal development and growth of expertise within the business • Train and develop employees to guarantee succession planning and manage potential operational exposure Operational Safety • Responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant Qatar Airways Group induction, information, instruction, training and supervision • Ensure that all managers and supervisors understand work health and safety requirements and expectations to the extent that they can pass on relevant information, identify training needs and provide appropriate supervision in their workplace About You In order to be suitable for this role, you would possess Bachelor's degree in administration or in a related area. A Master's degree is highly desirable. Also, you would have 10 years or more of work experience in a related area such as Catering, Food & Beverage or other. You would be a natural leader with excellent communication skills.
