An established rehabilitation hospital 40 minutes East of Baton Rouge is looking for a Travel Physical Therapist to join their team for a 13 week contract! Great leadership team and fantastic benefits make this a very desired location.

Pay Rate: $44.00 - $55.00/hourly Depending on experience

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Physical Therapist provides services to patients of all ages including adolescents, adults and geriatric patients who are referred
  
• 13 week contract
  
• Outpatient, Inpatient, and PRN opportunities
  
• Physical Therapist evaluates the physical therapy needs of patients
  
• Develops goals and treatment plans in conjunction with the patient and family
  
• Travel Physical Therapist implements treatment programs and provides education to patients, families and caregivers
  

Travel Physical Therapist Qualification:

• Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
  
• License as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana
  
• Any other certifications arent required, but will help!
