Key Responsibilities of the Vice President - Financial Reporting
- As part of a small finance team, support the CFO in executing his responsibilities
- Identification & implementation of financial accounting system
- Preparation & reporting of monthly management reports
- Preparation & filing of periodic multi-jurisdictional payroll & VAT returns
- Responsible for all aspects of financial controls & financial reporting within the business.
- Implement a computerized accounting system capable of supporting the business's multi-jurisdictional activities
- Prepare, analyse and present timely and accurate monthly financial reports (to include trial balance, balance sheet, operating statements & cashflows)
- Develop and implement financial processes/internal controls and ensure compliance with same
