Job Description
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field. Previous experience in root cause analysis is beneficial, usually 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.
Deep understanding of RCA: Strong knowledge of RCA tools and techniques such as error checking, process analysis, and root cause searching techniques.
Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, evaluate processes, and identify errors or problems that need to be corrected.
Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with work teams, and explain the results of the analysis in an understandable and clear manner.
Ability to deal with pressure: Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively according to set deadlines.
