- Support Talent office in developing NEOM’s strategy to attract Talents and digital nomads professionals by providing insights on actions and initiatives that successful talent hubs launch
- Support in consolidating workforce demand/ supply at macro-level for NEOM economic sectors
- Provide understanding of labor and social policies relevant for highly skilled talent and best practices worldwide
- Analyze gaps in the current state of NEOM regulations and economic development programs relevant for attracting talent and best practices worldwide
- Work with regulatory teams to develop a plan to close the gaps in regulatory framework and participate in policy drafting (labor policies, people development policies)
