Qualifications About You • Minimum of two years as IT professional in customer facing IT support roles • Good knowledge in troubleshooting windows 10 Operating System • Should be hands-on installation with ability troubleshoot hardware and network/ wireless related issues • Good team player with excellent verbal and communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams • Is professional, discreet and can handle confidential information and follow process guidelines • Displays curiosity and is a self-motivator to understand and learn new technology trends • Certifications in relevant technical domains will be an advantage.
