Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business New Media or Public Relations is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in the same field.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing editing presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of web design web development CRO and SEO.
  • Good understanding of major marketing channels and experience in community management.
  • Positive attitude detailoriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
    Fluency in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Campaign Development:

  • Plan and execute creative campaigns to promote company products increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to integrate social media campaigns with other promotional activities and marketing strategies.

Content Creation:

  • Plan and produce compelling social media posts tailored for each of our accounts aligning with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Create a consistent publishing schedule and manage content calendars to ensure a steady stream of content across social platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee social media content while ensuring a cohesive social media message and brand voice.
  • Engage with followers respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.


Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content.
  • Analyze review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster community engagement respond to comments and facilitate social media conversations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.


Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases ad campaigns or other brand messages.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns that work across different channels and support sales initiatives.

Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in our space. Aim to create partnerships that help amplify our brand message and reach a wider audience.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with our brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Office hours will be from 11:30 PM until 08:00 PM
