- Inspection of Contractor's installation & testing of the Baggage Handling System on an Airport project.
- Localized coordination of technical works regarding the Passenger Terminal Contractor.
- Resolution of site construction & technical interface issues with Technical and interfacing Contractors.
- Attending on-site and off-site testing. Conducting site progress, quality and safety surveillance inspections.
- Issuing and ensuring prompt closure of Non-conformance Reports.
- Overseeing the site integration testing programme, leading the testing programme & liaising with the ORAT contractor and other stakeholders.
- Chairing formal progress meetings with Contractor, PMC and Client.
- Contract correspondence with Contractor and PMC.
