Education and Experience: Candidate preferably has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field. It is preferable to have long practical experience in the field of electricity and supervising workers.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical, control and automation systems. Must have knowledge of various electrical and industrial equipment.
Leadership skills: The ability to lead a team, direct it, organize daily work and direct strategies.
Safety Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical security and safety standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
