Job Description
• Supervise the daily operations of Medical Assistant staff and others as requested: direct, train, & coordinate staff, review employee performance, and apply UW Health work standards to daily operations
. • Serve as an escalation point for patient issues and questions. Assist the staff with complex and disgruntled patient situations requiring intervention from a higher authority.
• Acts as a liaison with the Ambulatory Access Team. Monitor existing physician, resident, and APP templates, notify Ambulatory Access with vacation notifications, build concerns, requested template modifications etc. and maintain daily schedules for resources
