1. Diary Management: Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for executives. Manage calendars and ensure all commitments are met in a timely manner.
2. Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails etc
3. Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute agendas,Maintain accurate records, files and databases.
4. Document Management: Implement efficient filing systems and workflows.
5. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, visas and transportation for executives.
