Scope of Works
Reporting to the Change and Communications Manager, the Change Analyst will work as part of the Change Management team in a coordinated approach to deliver a number of activities to support the deployment of Acacia at multiple locations across the Northern Territory. Activities include:
- Change Impact Analysis work with program and business stakeholders to clearly identify and document what has changed between current and future state processes
- Change workshops & briefings develop presentation material and briefings and facilitate engagement sessions with both program and business stakeholders.
- Change activities - support the Change Manager with communication, engagement and training interventions that enables a successful change journey for stakeholders.
- Readiness assessments identify and deliver activities to enable optimal adoption of changes to current practices, workflows and/or processes.
- Stakeholder partnership - establish and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Communications support and develop change communication activities and plans
- Support post implementation and review process

The Change Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of a contemporary change management plan, in support of the CCSRP Change Management and Communications Strategy, to implement the required organisational change to deliver a single, secure, digitally enabled, Territory-wide electronic health record across public health services in hospitals, remote clinics and community health services.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- 2+ years experience as a Change Analyst (or similar role).
- Healthcare experience and or qualification in health related disciplines.
- Previous experience delivering complex business change in a large transformational program. Ability to support and deliver an enhanced colleague, customer, and operational experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply change management principles, techniques and tools.
- Experienced in business readiness and communication strategies.
- Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Identify delivery risks and develop aligned risk mitigation tactics.
- Formal qualifications in change management is preferable.
Personal Qualities required of Candidate(s)
- Thorough understanding of change analysis principles, methodologies and change management best practices.
- A critical thinker with the ability to connect the dots and identify solutions.
- An effective communicator (written and verbal) who tailors ideas in ways that are appropriate to the target audience.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and insights from data.
- Excellent prioritisation skills to support an agile product delivery
- Well-developed cross cultural communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships.
- Ability to think analytically and research widely, to identify solutions and resolve issues and to initiate and promote actions.
- Behaves in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining high integrity and transparency.
