Sales & Marketing Executive

Provides administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team, Word processing, filing, reception, client contracts, proposals.
• Serves as a liaison within the Resort and Sales & Marketing office.
• Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.
• communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
• help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
• support the DOSM in delivering agreed activities.
• Maintains current sales and promotional materials (literature, photos) and has a complete and thorough knowledge Anantara Hotel services and facilities
• Assists in the organization, and participates in familiarization trips, trade shows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and appropriate trade related organizations.
• Prospects clients by phone if requested
• Liaising with our Creations Design Lounge team for all required material (backdrops, flyers, EDM, etc.) for trade shows and other events.
• Prepares and assists with monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
• Assists in the organization and production of the annual Marketing Plan and Budget
• Conducts site inspections and responds to guests inquiries in absence of Sales Managers
• Recommends methods to improve and enhance departmental procedures to ensure constant upgrading of such procedures and services
• Might be required to coordinate and supervise photo shootings at the resorts
• Will track, compile and monitor complimentary vouchers
• Raising Purchase orders and follow upon payment
