Job Description

**Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the real estate sector. - Lead a high-performing sales team and provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including real estate developers, investors, and key stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the real estate industry. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. - Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • *Qualification, Experience and Skills** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven track record of successful sales achievements in the real estate sector. - Solid experience in a sales management role, preferably with Marriott or other reputable hospitality brands. - Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and customer needs. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to meet or exceed targets. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. - Experience working with luxury real estate projects. - Knowledge of property development, investment, and financing processes. - Familiarity with customer relationship management in the real estate industry. - Professional certifications or training in sales, real estate, or related fields Note: Please attach your updated CV • *Salary**: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
