SCG Healthcare Talent is currently recruiting "Ultrasound Technologist" for a largest medical center in Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound exams
- Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures and answer questions
- Evaluate images for technical quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Stay current with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- ARDMS certification in a specialty area of ultrasound
- 1-2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Basic computer proficiency.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field ARDMS certification in a specialty area of ultrasound 1-2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and move patients as needed Basic computer proficiency.
