Education and training:
Bachelor's degree in hotel management, hospitality management, or related field. Postgraduate studies in hotel management would be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience in room service and operations management. Experience as a room service supervisor or assistant manager
Driving skills:
Ability to effectively lead and supervise room service teams, directing and motivating them to provide high quality service.
