Job Description

- Complete all quality control for rigs submitted for review for artistic problems (ie
- Supervise rigging operations
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to create and manage emergency rescue plans
- Provide advice, recommendations and information on safety issues with regard to climbing equipment and working at height
- Supervise all aspects relating to artistic and structural rigging during load-in, performances, and load-out
- Ensure the rigging team and technical personnel respect standards and regulations regarding the safety of rigging equipment, and apply safe work methods
- Supervise personnel during the load-in and load-out of rigging equipment
- Manage Human Resources responsibilities for the specifically assigned areas
