- To develop the overall pricing strategy for all segments, feeder markets and distribution channels, in conjunction with Director of Sales and Marketing.
- To drive Revenue and Profit Performance and increase Market Share
- To spread a Revenue Culture within the hotel teams
- TO optimize Room Reservation Sales by motivating the team, including cross selling and upselling.
- To ensure PMS / Systems information is always up to date.
- Ensure quality of reservation calls is always above 85%. (LQA – PWC – IFH – PS )
- Safeguard guests' information and minimize risks for the property by ensuring GDPR, PCI/DSS and other standards are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure efficient communication to all relevant department in order to best prepare the guest's upcoming Stay.
- Ensure Kempinski Reservations standards are implemented and adhered to.
