- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and management of staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

- Implement marketing and promotional activities as directed by the management to attract a wider customer base.
- Act as an intermediary between the staff and upper management, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues promptly.
