Research and Development Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a global strategy or portfolio management organization in a matrixed pharmaceutical RND organization required.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical RND processes over the product life cycle, from discovery to late lifecycle.
• Previous experience with portfolio level analytics in a pharma RND environment is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, act as a change agent, and adapt to rapidly changing organizational and business needs is required.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in business, quantitative or life sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge/deep understanding of portfolio management related systems and tools is an asset.
• In-depth understanding of finance principles.
• Innovative thinking and approach - Capable of identifying, adapting, and applying innovative and creative methodologies.
• Skilled user of tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Tableau etc.
