Recruitment Manager

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, and typically at least 5 to 7 years of work experience in human resources recruitment.

Knowledge of Recruitment Processes: A deep understanding of recruitment processes including strategic recruitment planning, job description development, and use of various recruitment tools.

Communication and negotiation skills: The ability to communicate effectively with candidates and senior management, and the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with recruiting companies.

Leadership and Supervision Ability: Ability to lead, direct and motivate the recruitment team to achieve recruitment goals and HR requirements.

Flexibility and time management: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage time effectively in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
