• Follow all guidelines of the Recreation Department operational Sop s and task lists as provided
• Organize, clean and maintain the entire Recreation Area and back offices,
• Carry out daily cleaning of the facility, plus weekly and monthly tasks as assigned by the Recreation Supervisor or Ass. Recreation Manager.
• Ensure that equipment is properly cleaned, stored and is secure when not in use.
• Take towels to and from the laundry ensuring an adequate operational stock is maintained at all times.
• Carry out other duties as required by management from time to time, such as but not limited to lateral service in other parts of the Hotel and overnight cleaning
• Ensure excellent customer service and standards at all times as well as behaving in a professional manner when on and off duty
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all the companies and department, policies and procedures
