Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk and performing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee.
Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and wellstocked.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of visitors calls and appointments.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office supplies and equipment are wellmaintained.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain the security of the office.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
