Job Description

- Accurately pull fabric and trims as needed for outgoing releases
- Ensure shipments are double-checked and errors are prevented
- Pack/prepare fabric and trim for shipment or pick up either in boxes or on pallets
- Utilize the WMS (Warehouse Management System) to receive in raw materials
- Complete paperwork involved with the shipping and receiving of raw materials and turn in paperwork to appropriate departments
- Mark internal inventory codes on raw materials using proper labeling equipment
- Record and check the quantity and quality of goods received for conformity to purchase orders and specifications
- Document any damages upon receipt of shipment. Reports overage, shortages and damages according to operating procedures
- Prepare fabric blankets for shrinkage tests
- Schedule daily delegation of workload
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure that the work area is free of safety hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Raw Material Manager
