Job Description

- Assist with updating the project portfolio list, major change requests, and resource capacity plans.
- Assist IT PMs and the IT PMO in completing and updating project documentation (project documents (e.g. necessary for the CAB, plans, and status reports)
- Keep the repository of project documents, plans, and reports up to date
- Arrange project meetings and help with the preparation of information packs.
