Project Management Specialist

One of our esteemed clients in the ship building industry is currently seeking a Project Management Specialist to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview:

As a Project Management Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives create schedules and ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans including goals deliverables timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Manage project resources including personnel budget and equipment.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure project documentation is complete current and stored appropriately.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/graduated from Top Tech Colleges
• Proven experience in project management with a minimum of 23 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Should be fluent in English (minimum IELTS band score of 7 or equivalent)
