- What this job involves Lead the project controls team and manage individual members and their development. Set up, develop and control all platforms for project tracking and reporting. Manage cost and schedule of a large programme continually assessing complexity and risk of the project. Lead change management processing and QC/QA process. Review and report on project metrics regularly and advise project leadership of issues. Investigate and analyse variances in data as needed. Prepare contract forms for new contracts, modifications and job closures. Coordinate with Contract Administrators in preparing contracts with clients and sub-consultants, as well as contract modifications. Prepare reports internally for the project leadership team and externally for the client and other stakeholders.
