Job Description

- Work with the client and key stakeholders to identify commitments made, for example, funding tied to inclusion of local business or workforce, and incorporate those into the benefits and weight them appropriately to ensure they are factored into decisions to support achievement of commitments.
- Incorporate benefits into program performance management system to ensure that benefits are appropriately factored into decisions and measured in performance
- Use Commitment and Benefits Tracking tool to track and report benefits achievement across the entire program portfolio.
- Work closely with Change and Risk Managers and senior leaders to incorporate benefits into decision making process when evaluating changes and risks to the program.
- Work with Program Communications to develop a mechanism to celebrate progress toward and achievement of benefits and commitments.
