In this role, you will: .
Provide excellent customer service and handle Customer queries. .
Handle phone calls, respond to emails and meet customers when PCM / PRMs are away / busy. .
Help the customers with their basic banking requirements related to all bank products and services and achieve targets set for cross sell. .
Provide customers with Account / Credit Card statement as requested. .
Forward to Scanning / SD all applications after checking that all are in-order and authorized as appropriate to prevent any errors. Reply for all discrepancies received from GR / SD. .
Prepare letters for RP follow up and collect and update RPs received from customers and send them to SD for filing.
